The Hall Manager is Tracy Thomas, and if you wish to leave a message for Tracy, then the Hall has an answer phone and a fax machine service. Just send fax to the above number, and our fax machine will kick in or alternatively leave a message and someone will get back to you.

If you prefer to call in and speak to somebody in person, the Cinema is always open on Mondays and Tuesdays between 6.30 and at least 8.30pm and on most days groups and other organisations use the Hall's facilities. You are more than happy to call in and see Tracy or the volunteers at any time if open.
